The Signarama Franchise recently celebrated the graduation of several new franchisees. Signarama franchisees receive comprehensive training as part of their induction into the franchise group.

This training comprises an initial theoretical component which focuses on the industry and operating a successful small business. During this training, the new franchisees spend time in an existing Signarama franchise to see how the business is run, as part of the Mentor Program. “Each Signarama franchisee is appointed a Mentor Franchisee, who is there to assist the new franchisees during their early stages.”, explains Darren Le Roux, the Business Development Manager for Signarama. “Peer to peer learning is an extremely important part of the support we offer to our franchisees.”

That is not to say this is the only support offered by the franchise. As part of the training offered by Signarama, they have dedicated staff who provide on the job training to make sure that the business gets off on the right foot. This, coupled with the fact that Signarama also involves their suppliers in product and technical training, means that prospective franchisees do not need any experience in the industry to become Signarama franchisees.

The recently completed training welcomed 3 new franchisees to the Signarama family:

Mr Owenkosi Buthelezi (Signarama Honeydew, L), with Signarama Business Development Manager, Darren Le Roux (R)

Mr Meshan Manikam (Signarama Rivonia, L), with Signarama Business Development Manager, Darren Le Roux (R)

Paul and Suzanne Nortje (Signarama Vaal, L), with Signarama Business Development Manager, Darren Le Roux (R)
