Large-Scale Wall Signage Installation for SA Metal in Germiston

The Signarama Alberton & Germiston team recently completed a large-scale wall signage installation for SA Metal in Germiston, delivering a bold, high-impact branding solution designed for maximum visibility. The project featured a massive 24000mm x 2440mm backing board, constructed using 20 full white ACM sheets (2440mm x 1220mm), mounted onto a robust steel frame and securely installed onto the perimeter wall. The SA METAL logo was precision manufactured using full blue ACM sheets, CNC cut in-house to ensure sharp, clean edges and perfect consistency across the entire length of the sign. A total of 7 full ACM sheets were used to produce the oversized lettering, creating a strong and highly legible brand presence. To complete the installation, the sign was illuminated using 7 strategically positioned LED floodlights mounted on poles, casting even light across the full surface area. This transforms the installation into a high-visibility landmark at night, ensuring the SA Metal brand remains prominent around the clock.
