2. APPLICATION OF TERMS

2.1 These National Master Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all quotations, orders, sales, and services provided by Signarama South Africa franchised locations.

Each Signarama location is independently owned and operated. Any contract concluded pursuant to a quotation or order is concluded solely between the customer and the issuing Signarama franchised location identified on the relevant quotation, order, or invoice, and not with Signarama South Africa, the franchisor, or any other Signarama franchisee.
